Our corporate headquarters and production facility are located in Orange County, California. We are underwritten by multiple underwriters to service your title needs.  Western Resources Title is licensed by the California Department of Insurance to provide residential and commercial title insurance and escrow services in each of the state’s 58 counties.

For example, we notify the listing agent when an inspector will be visiting a property, follow up on the receipt of the statement of information from the seller, and date down the file on a regular basis. We’re constantly searching for new ways to help clients and improve the transaction process.

Our Team

Our seasoned team of veterans have an average of 29 years of experience in the business. Our management team consists of Ed Lorette, Lisa Locke, Martha Flores, Gene Bringas, Terry LeClair, Pat Crouch, Ken Watson, Natalie Castaneda, Louise Oshiro, and Brad Crowe.

Ed Lorette

Chief Executive Officer

Ed Lorette has an extensive track record of building and managing successful title companies. With over 40 years in the title insurance industry, Ed’s experience, leadership and reputation have allowed him to attract top seasoned professionals to the organization.

Ed strongly believes the key to building a successful business is to hire well trained, self-managed, self-disciplined team players who are committed to providing customers and clients with the service they need, expect and deserve.

Lisa Locke

Executive Vice President, Operating Officer

Lisa’s career in title and escrow began in 1998, where she quickly became the top sales rep within the company. Lisa’s success in sales is the byproduct of her technology knowledge, customer service, and hard work.  Lisa was promoted to Sales Manager for Western Resource Title’s Orange County branch before taking on her current role.  Lisa’s is a firm believer in increasing productivity through technology, systems, and strategies along with empowering employees to become the best they can be.

Terry LeClair

Executive Vice President, Title Sales

Terry has spent the past 3 years serving as Sr. Vice President of the largest real estate company in Southern California, after an extensive, award-winning 23-year career in real estate. His success in real estate, technology and franchise development, operations management, and his passion for effective leadership and employee development makes him a well-rounded member of the Western Resources Title team.

Terry’s deep understanding of the real estate brokerage business and the sales representative perspective provides a unique edge in bridging the gap between the real estate and title entities. Terry will be able to collaborate with his managers and title representatives to assist them in creating a strategic plan to help them reach their personal, professional and financial goals.

Gene Bringas

Vice President, Title Operations Manager

Gene Bringas started his title career in 1997. Since joining Western Resources, Gene has implemented several changes within the organization that led to increased productivity and faster turnaround times for prelims and policies. Gene oversees the management, development, growth and successful operation of all title production and support for Western Resources Title, as well as the daily title operations of the Orange County branch.

Martha Flores

Vice President, State Escrow Operations Manager

Martha has been with WRT since 2008 and in the escrow industry since 1985. She has worked for both DOC and DOI escrow companies, managing title escrow divisions since 1999. Martha has handled a variety of transaction types, including Residential, Commercial, 1031 Exchange, Refinances, Tracts, Seller Carry-Backs, AITD’s and short sales. She has high energy and passion for escrow, exceptional customer service skills, and believes that every client and consumer deserves phenomenal service from their escrow team on every transaction. Martha resides in Walnut, California, and enjoys spending her extra time with her family.

Pat Crouch

Vice-President, Los Angeles Division 2 Manager

Pat has been in the title business for over 36 years and a County Sales Manager for 33 years. She worked as a Relocation Specialist for Merrill Lynch Realty assisting clients with both commercial and residential transactions. Dedication to client service and satisfaction has always been Pat’s focus, making Western Resources Title the perfect fit. She has taught Real Estate and Escrow at Los Angeles City College and Glendale College, in addition to serving on the Cal State Fullerton Real Estate Curriculum Panel. Pat enjoys flying and scuba diving with her husband Steve. They flew monthly to impoverished villages in Mexico with the Flying Doctors LIGA to work in their clinics.

Ken Watson

Vice President, Inland Empire Regional Sales Manager

Ken has over 30 years of business to business sales experience including 18 years in the Title Insurance industry.  He has been an integral part of Western Resources Title for over 10 years. Ken has generated record breaking revenues in the Inland Empire and is well versed in all aspects of real estate including first hand experience in financing, investing, residential and commercial transactions. Ken manages all sales operations in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Natalie Castaneda

Vice President, LA Regional Sales Manager

Natalie started her real estate career and in escrow in 1992 working on high-end transactions. Her focus has always been service that is second to none. Natalie is both a successful sales manager and Los Angeles client specialist. Natalie focuses on working with real estate agents making sure that she gives them the best client service and satisfaction for a smooth closing. Natalie has a wonderful family and lives in Phillips Ranch.

Louise Oshiro

Vice-President, LA Regional Sales Manager

Louise Oshiro has been a Title Professional for over 25 years. Through these years of experience and growth, Louise will always provide her professional support and knowledge to help her Team, and clients close their transaction.
She Manages and Mentors a Sales Team in Los Angeles and has been very successful in helping Her Team grow their business! Her passion is the success of her Account Executives.
Louise continues to enhance her knowledge base by working her way through the Residential and Commercial marketplace by assisting her Team, Escrow Officers, Mortgage Professionals and Realtors. If you have a desire to learn, Louise loves to teach title, sales/marketing, and farming tools! If she doesn’t have the answer she will reach out to her support team!
Louise believes in the importance of giving back to her Community, as well as being on the Board of Directors for AREAA, and the Education Committee for SRAR Association.

Brad Crowe

Vice-President, San Diego Sales Manager

Brad comes to us with over 20 years of sales and management experience and brings an attractive attitude of gratitude, enthusiasm, and positivity. Aside from his efforts to build an Incredible culture in our San Diego division, he enjoys being submerged in the Pacific Ocean either surfing, foiling, kite surfing, or sailing. He also has a passion for hiking, mountain climbing, art, and music. As a result of his challenging upbringing, he is a man of faith and devotes his spare time supporting at-risk youth, suicide prevention, and other organizations.
